Ronaldo reminded the world of his talents yet again with all three goals as Juventus overturned a two-goal deficit to beat Atletico Madrid last night. 

The Portuguese superstar scored two powerful headers before cooly slotting an 86th minute penalty to send the home fans inside the Juventus Stadium wild. 

Ronaldo celebrated with his team-mates as he become the Champions League’s all-time top scorer with 124 goals.

He even found time to seemingly mock Atletico boss Diego Simeone, having sent the Spanish side out of this competitions in the last five successive seasons.

And up in the stands, Ronaldo’s son was doing his best to emulate his father’s incredible on-pitch heroics. 

Cristiano Junior, who is eight years old, wants to follow in his father’s footsteps and couldn’t hold back as he punched the air in delight and screamed as the third goal went in. 

And Ronaldo’s girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez was brought to tears by what unfolded in Turin on the night of one of the great European comebacks. 

Rodriguez - who has a child with the 34-year-old - couldn’t believe what she was seeing as Ronaldo scored past Jan Oblak from the spot late on.

Ronaldo’s was confident of taking Juventus through to the last eight of the Champions League and wasn’t afraid to say so after the final whistle. 

"It was meant to be a special night and it was, not just for my goals but for the attitude we showed," he said 

"That is the sort of mentality you need to win the Champions League. 

"This was why Juventus brought me here. To help do things that they have never done before."
